I recently completed a 2-month cybersecurity training at Hackinetix Academy under the guidance of Kalpit Sir, and it was a great learning experience. The training was not limited to theory—we got practical exposure and learned how to approach cybersecurity problems with the right mindset. I had a really great learning experience during this training. The sessions were highly informative and, most importantly, focused on practical cybersecurity concepts rather than just theory. We got hands-on exposure to web application security and worked through different challenges using platforms like PortSwigger. We learned how to identify and understand vulnerabilities such as authentication flaws, Host Header-based authentication bypasses, insecure “Stay Logged In” mechanisms, and client-side template injection. Working through these real-world style scenarios helped us understand not only how vulnerabilities work, but also how to approach and investigate them methodically. A special thanks to **Kalpit Sir** for making the training so engaging and easy to understand. His way of explaining concepts, guiding us through practical challenges, and encouraging us to think beyond simply finding a vulnerability made a big difference in our learning. We were introduced to many new concepts and techniques that gave us a much better understanding of web security and penetration testing. Overall, it was a great experience, and I genuinely enjoyed the combination of learning, practical labs, problem-solving, and guidance throughout the training.
